Due to the nature of our products we do not issue refunds. It is our top priority to provide you the best shopping experience along with100% customer satisfaction. However, we adhere to very strict compliance standards as our wigs and extensions sourced from top quality entities. All sales are final. If you have questions or concerns regarding our policies please contact our office.
Exchanges are only available for hair bundles that have not been unraveled and untampered. Wig exchanges are only available for wigs that have not been worn and are untampered. All exchanges for products must be made within 2 days of receiving merchandise.
Orders are processed in the order in which they were received. High volume orders can result in delayed shipping times. Products available in store are shipped within 2-10 business days based on order volume.
Pre-ordered products can take up to 10 days to arrive to our store before being shipped to customers. Once pre-ordered products arrive to our store they will be shipped within 2-3 business days to client.
